Access and Login Queries

LMS - Learning Management System is a software platform designed to manage, deliver, and track educational content and activities.

Access to the LMS is possible through either a One-Time Password (OTP) or a traditional user id and login password.

Yes, We can access LMS through mobile devices, Android/IOS. We can download the app from the respective store (App store/Google play store).

Use the URL https://study.lakshyacommerce.com/ to access the LMS through the web.

  1. Signup to LMS with basic details such as email id and phone number.
  2. Select your course from the dropdown (Live/Hybrid), Go to the premium segment and opt out the preferred course by paying the subscription amount. Course validity and other course related details will be available on the same page.
  3. Once the subscription is completed, you will receive a mail notification to your registered mail id, which showcases all your course details which involves course validity, the course commencement date, your batch details, and other associated details.

  1. Students should login to the LMS portal.
  2. Once logged in, the course assigned will be shown in the “Private course” tab.
  3. Students can select the subject/Paper which he/she has opted from the list.

Navigational Queries

Yes, We can download the videos in LMS through mobile devices, Android/IOS but not via the web.

  1. Yes, Students can track their progress of the course/study that they are ongoing with simply by going through the dashboard.
  2. Percentage wise progress will be shown in the dashboard dedicatedly as
    • Overall course progress
    • Videos completed
    • Exercises completed

You can go to your profile;

There you can find the start date and end date of that particular course you have opted/subscribed.

Upon logging into the LMS, a notification icon is visible at the top right corner of the portal, where all notifications can be viewed.

Yes, we can use the discussion part in LMS for assistance / doubt clarifications regarding any doubts related to your studies

Yes, Upon logging in LMS,

  1. In home page, go to your “Profile"
  2. In your profile select “Security”
  3. Then reset the password by giving the current password and new password

No, we don't have the option to download the notes. Since you have the subscription for the course you opted for, you can always access the notes at any time in LMS.

No, we don't have the option to resubmit an exercise once it's completed.

Yes, you have a maximum of 2 attempts for attending a mock test.

Yes, you can engage in additional questions through the Practice session available on the LMS platform. For further details, please refer to the provided QR code.

Yes, You can access the demo videos of various courses in LMS.

Yes, From the home page itself, we can see the profile section and there we do the customizations.

You can't update your contact information but you can update your address information in your profile.

  1. In the login page, we can see the “Login with password” option.
  2. After redirecting to the password login page, there we can see “Forgot Password”
  3. By clicking that, you can enter your mail id to receive a reset password link.
  4. Check your mail, where you can find the mail from Lakshya to “Reset your password”
  5. The following link helps us to create a new password.

Bookmarks are for saving major notes or questions in LMS.

No, For the time being the courses cannot be accessed via mobile devices in offline mode, but we are considering the possibility of the same

Reach out to your Coordinator/Administrator to address the backend issue, and they will work towards its resolution

The OTP will be sent to both your mobile number and email id, so that if the student does not receive OTP via mobile number they can check their mail for the same

If you're not receiving the OTP on both your mobile device and web, please connect with your course admin or coordinator for assistance in resolving the issue.

Yes, you can access the LMS from multiple devices, but there is a limit of three devices per user.

To install the LMS Application from the App Store, follow these steps:

  2. Search for "IIC LAKSHYA."
  3. Open the app and proceed to install it.

  1. Open the Play Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for "IIC LAKSHYA" in the search bar.
  3. Once you find the app, click on the "Install" button.
  4. Wait for the installation to complete.

    • Update Chrome.
    • Clear cache.

    • Check for updates of the application in Play Store/App Store.

Yes, We have a Support ticket system called Bold desk in LMS. Students can access this provision to raise their queries and concerns regarding LMS.

Communication and collaboration

Yes, you can use the discussion panel in LMS to seek assistance or clarifications regarding any doubts related to your studies.

If private courses are not visible, it's possible that you haven't been included in the batch. Reach out to your coordinator and request to get added to the batch.

If you encounter this issue, you can connect with your coordinator or course admin for assistance in resolving it.

No, currently, we don’t have the provision for student collaborations. But students can collaborate with their classmates via Lakshya’s telegram group for the time being. In the near future, we will get this option integrated into LMS.
