CA Final course details
CA final classes are the final level of the ICAI course in order to become a Chartered Accountant in India. Those who have cleared the CA inter exams are eligible to appear for this examination. CA final course students have to complete three years of practical training, they will be appearing for the exams during the last six months of this training period. Students are also required to complete four weeks of Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology (AICITSS). The CA final paper consists of the following subjects:

- Paper 2: Strategic financial management [100 Marks]
- Paper 3: Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics [100 Marks]
- Paper 4: Corporate and Economic Laws [100 Marks]
CA Final Group II Subjects :
- Paper 5: Strategic Cost management and Performance Evaluation [100 Marks]
- Paper 6: Risk Mangement [100 Marks]
- Financial Services and Capital Markets [100 Marks]
- International Taxation [100 Marks]
- Economic Laws [100 Marks]
- Global Financial Reporting Standards [100 Marks]
- Multi disciplinary case study [100 Marks]
- Paper 7: Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation[100 Marks]
- Paper 8: Indirect Tax Laws [100 Marks]

Course duration of CA
It takes around 4.5 years to complete the CA program/ be qualified as a Chartered Accountant. The entry-level foundation course involves the quantitative aptitude test, general economics, mercantile laws and accounting. CA entry requirements for the foundation level test conducted by the ICAI are students who had cleared their 12th grade, not necessary to have studied in commerce stream. The foundation course coaching takes around 6 months. The intermediate course has two groups. It is specially designed to improve the knowledge of accounting standards. Duration for the intermediate course coaching comes up to 7 months.
After passing the group 1st, the students who have undergone the on-job training period of 3 years called “articleship” with an audit or accounts firm, are eligible to attend CA final exams.
