ACCA f1-f9 course will cover all aspects of accounting, starting with the fundamental accounting systems and practices before progressing to more advanced topics. This qualification ensures that one will be a Certified Chartered Accountant which enables them to work in any aspect of business/ Finance. Chartered Certified Accountant is a protected designation awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), the global professional accounting body. The ACCA course is subdivided into two parts - Fundamental course and Professional Course. The fundamental course is further subdivided into - ACCA applied knowledge and Skills module.
All the papers under the applied knowledge level, that is from f1-f9 are objective and are computer-based examinations (CBE). Lakshya is a CBE centre as all of our campuses are Gold Approved Partners, so students can attempt the exam at the campus itself. The papers can be attempted at any time. One of the other advantages of the course is that students do not have to clear a group, they have to just the number of papers they are comfortable with at that point in time. Any student who has successfully completed their +2 is eligible to attend the Applied Knowledge paper. When a student clears all the exams at this level they will be awarded the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business. They will then be eligible to appear for the next level of exams (Applied Skills)
The applied skills module of the ACCA brings focus towards the technical areas. This module aims at building the technical side in a student as it is crucial that every aspirant is aware of the technical aspects. Just like the applied knowledge module, all the papers in the applied skills module are also computer-based exams. Students can attempt the exams 4 times a year. The exams for the Applied skills level are held during the months of March, June, September and December which is the 4 windows available. Students have the option to write any 4 papers in each session.

Eligibility for ACCA Applied Skills
Direct Entry ACCA
Students who have completed their UG can get direct entry to the Applied Level module of the ACCA and are exempted from attempting the Applied Knowledge Module.
Once a student has cleared the Applied Skills level then they are eligible to attend the Strategic professional exam.
How long will it take to complete the f1-f9 papers?
It would take as little as 12-18 months for a student to complete the Applied Skills and Applied Knowledge exams.
