The CS Executive is the second stage of the CS exams. The exam consists of 8 papers one must clear in order to be eligible for the CS professional level exams. The exam consists of two modules.
Module 1
- Jurisprudence, Interpretation & General Laws
- Company Law
- Setting up of Business entities and closure
- Tax laws
Module 2
- Corporate and Management Accounting
- Securities Laws and Capital Markets
- Economic, Business and Commercial Laws
- Financial and Strategic Management
Eligibility
- A student who cleared the CSEET examination.
- A student who completed graduation or post graduation with a minimum of 50% Mark.
Students who have cleared the CS foundation exams held before can get direct entry. Also, candidates who have passed the final exam of the following - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India are exempted from CSEET and are eligible to get direct entry to the CS executive exams. They should pay ₹5000 as an exemption fee at the time of registration to CS executive program.
Examinations
The exams are held for 2 months over the year - June and December
CS exam details:
- The exam is usually held in the months of June and December.
- Students who wish to appear for the exam in December should register before 31st March.
- Students who wish to appear for the exam in June exam should register before 30th September.
