A company secretary is one of the most prestigious and powerful professions. The role of a company secretary is not just limited to administrative affairs of an organization. The roles and responsibilities have been drastically expanded. CS course duration also includes the Training part as well. Students will have to go through short-term training programs during the course period. The training sessions are intended to improve the candidates skills including management skills, communication skills and personality development.
The CS exam consists of three stages - CSEET, Executive Programme, and Professional Programme. The exams are conducted during the months of June and December. Students also have the provision to study B. Com along with CS programme. The B. Com degree will be awarded by a UGC approved University.
