The two parts of the course has a total of 11 competencies.

Part one ‘Financial Reporting, Planning, Performance and Control’ covers -

There will be 100 multiple-choice questions and two 30-mins essay questions in the exam. You need to score at least 50% MCQ‘s right at this part – for the exam will be on a 0-500 scoring system. To be successful in passing the exam, you need to have a score of 360 at any rate on the exam according CMA USA pass percentage criteria.

Part two ‘Financial Decision Making’ covers -

• Financial Statement Analysis
• Corporate Finance
• Decision Analysis
• Risk Management
• Investment Decisions
• Professional Ethics.

The same applies here in part two. You will have 100 multiple-choice questions in addition to the two 30-mins essay questions. You will need to attain a score of 360 out of the 500. That is 50% answers incorrectly out of all the MCQ questions.

CMA USA Eligibility Criteria

The interested candidate should have completed his/her 10 +2 studies.

And should have a UG Degree or other equivalent professional certification.

You have the option to take up the course before/after graduation. Even though you are required to earn a degree from a recognized college or university. This can be achieved within a period of 7 years.
